What will we talk about in the free 15 minute call?

We will have a short chat about what brings you to coaching and how we could work together. It is an opportunity for both of us to learn more about one another and whether coaching is the support you're looking for.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Both the Confidence Check and Colour Me Bold packages can be secured with a 25% deposit with either the remaining 75% to be paid in one payment OR split into 3 x monthly payments, before the final session.

For the Bravery Booster, this must be paid in full before the session. Ongoing coaching or additional coaching sessions must be paid for before the session.

What do you mean when you say anyone identifying as a woman?

I understand gender as a complex non-binary concept and encourage everyone who identifies with the term woman, whether they were assigned female at birth or those who grew into their gender and reassigned it to female or non-binary to be part of the Ayla Network spaces.

Where did you earn your coaching qualification?

I completed the Certified Professional Coach programme at International Coach Academy which included a wide range of coaching topics, skills and psychological theories as well as extensive coaching mentoring and observation. This programme is certified through the International Coaching Federation.
